All of my items are handmade by myself in my workshop in Kent, England.
Returns policy -
If you would like to make a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. I can then provide you with instructions on posting your package back to me, at your expense. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Once received back I will issue a refund.
Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If any item is altered, personalised or resized upon request at time of purchase the item is no longer eligible for an exchange or refund unless faulty or not as described.
