What should I do if I am unsure of my (or the person I am buying a gift for’s) finger size?

The best way to be sure of your finger size would be to pop into a local jeweller and ask them for some help to size your finger or an existing ring which fits well. However of this is not possible you can find a finger sizing kit available in the shop section of the website. This contains a set of sizing rings and instructions to help you pick the size that fits you best so you can order with confidence.

I have some inherited or existing jewellery that I don’t wear, am I able to remodel it into something new?

Yes it is a real passion to bring old and unloved pieces a new lease of life. In most cases the original materials can be recycled straight into the new items however sometimes due to the previous alterations or contamination of metals this won’t be possible, if this is the case we can trade the metal in to be scrapped and the funds from this can go towards the bespoke remake project.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes the gift vouchers can be found in the shop section of the website and come in various denominations enabling you to purchase whatever amount you wish. Please add in the notes at checkout if you would rather a physical voucher to posted to the recipient or a digital version to be emailed, and also provide the address details.

I am sending an item straight to someone as a present. Is there a gift wrap option?

All items are lovingly and beautifully wrapped in branded packaging and well protected in a discreet box for their travels in the post. They are absolutely ‘gift ready’ upon delivery.

If you would like an item to arrive for a specific date please add this in the notes at the checkout or send an email specifying this along with your order number. We will do everything we can to achieve a specific delivery date for you although we are in the hands of the postal service to some extent.

The cost of an item is also never shown in the packaging upon delivery unless it is a gift voucher.
